Job Summary: A professional responsible for access control, entry/exit registration, mail reception, and safeguarding asset security. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and entry/exit registration 2. Basic knowledge of asset security and public service **Prerequisites:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience as a doorman, access controller, or in related fields. * Strong communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor. * Basic knowledge of asset security and public service. * Availability to work rotating shifts (day or night, as required by the company). **Responsibilities:** * Control access. * Record entries and exits in systems or logbooks. * Receive mail and packages, register them, and forward them to the respective recipients. * Provide information and guidance courteously while maintaining a professional demeanor. * Monitor gate and common area opening/closing routines. * Comply with internal asset security regulations and company procedures. * Conduct patrols. * And other duties inherent to the position.
