If you seek a collaborative, intense, high-performance environment, join us. ‍ **OPEN POSITION** **Python Backend Developer \- Mid-level** **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Develop and maintain REST APIs using Flask and/or FastAPI * Build and operate event\-driven pipelines with RabbitMQ (queues, DLQs, retries, idempotency), processing thousands of events per day * Integrate and maintain connectors with payment gateways and marketing/CRM platforms via webhooks and third-party APIs * Model schemas and write optimized SQL queries in MySQL (including partitioning, complex joins, and performance troubleshooting) * Implement observability: structured logs, metrics, health checks, and alerts * Investigate production incidents: trace events by correlation\_id, identify anomalies, and safely apply hotfixes * Support architectural decisions prioritizing simplicity and reliability * Work in a containerized environment with Docker **REQUIREMENTS** * Solid backend Python experience * Production experience developing REST APIs * Advanced SQL: schema modeling, complex queries, execution plan analysis * Hands-on experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ or similar): queues, DLQ, retry, idempotency * Experience handling timezones, UTC conversions, and temporal consistency * Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments * Ability to debug production issues using logs and metrics **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Basic knowledge of Go (Golang) * Experience with observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus or equivalents)CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar) * Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure * Experience with distributed systems and large-scale asynchronous processing * Experience with web automation/scraping (Playwright, Selenium) **PROFILE** * Autonomy and sense of responsibility * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset * Commitment to continuous technical growth **Here, our GEXs enjoy** Flash (flexible card) Clude (health platform) ️ TotalPass / Wellhub Birthday Day Off Birthday Kit Celebratory gifts on special occasions Career development plan 100% remote work **Our Agreement** PJ contract * Flexible working hours
