High-quality service to internal and external customers ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Role Mission:** Work at the front desk, controlling access for people and vehicles, monitoring condominium premises, observing safety conditions, and delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers. **Core Values:** People, Gratitude, Loyalty, Teamwork, Excellence, Commitment, and Customer Focus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control vehicle and pedestrian movement through the condominium's front desk by receiving, triaging requests, and forwarding them to the appropriate recipients. * Handle general mail and small packages sent to condominium occupants, receiving and forwarding them to the intended recipients to prevent loss or other unpleasant incidents; * Turn common-area lights on and off, observing scheduled times and/or needs (when a patrol officer is present, this task may be assisted by them); * Monitor the opening and closing of common-use facilities (e.g., gym, playroom, party hall, etc.). * Record events and incidents occurring during the shift. * Identify irregularities outlined in the internal regulations, such as unauthorized vehicle parking or improper use of equipment and facilities. * Contact service providers and companies for repairs, maintenance, and emergencies (e.g., gates, elevators, etc.) in the absence of the property manager or per their instructions. * Provide in-person service (from the guard booth) or virtual service (via phone, intercom, and/or mobile phone), prioritizing individuals outside the condominium. * Monitor gate opening and closing to prevent unauthorized entry. ### **BENEFITS** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Voucher (VR) * Food Basket (CESTA) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
