We are hiring a **Cutting and Welding Operator** to work in plastic packaging production, operating cutting and welding machines, ensuring product quality and meeting production targets. Responsibilities * Operate cutting and welding machines for plastic packaging manufacturing; * Perform simple adjustments on equipment; * Load raw materials into machines; * Monitor the production process and identify potential defects; * Inspect dimensions, welds, and packaging quality; * Sort, package, and organize finished products; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow safety regulations and company procedures. Requirements * Ability to work well in a team; * Attention to detail, agility, and commitment; * Experience in cutting and welding. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:48 PM.
