Achievement of quality and customer satisfaction targets Job Description We are seeking professionals to work as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company's customers. The role involves receptive and/or in-person service, emphasizing excellence, courtesy, and efficiency in clarifying doubts, registering requests, negotiating, and advising on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; Clarify doubts regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG; Register interactions in internal systems; Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer literacy; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
