This is an exclusive position for a Young Apprentice at Campina Grande Airport. **Responsibilities and duties** * Baggage receipt and sorting * Baggage handling * Baggage dispatch In addition to operational tasks within the department, the Young Apprentice will have the opportunity to develop behavioral skills such as teamwork, organization, responsibility, and proactivity. These competencies are fostered through interaction with coworkers, adherence to deadlines, and completion of assigned tasks. **Requirements and qualifications** * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and scanning for dropped objects, and auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. It is nearly impossible to walk through an airport in Brazil without seeing the **dnata** logo.
