




Job Summary: The Industrial Cook prepares large-volume meals, ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety while planning and executing kitchen activities. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and cleaning of the work environment and utensils The Industrial Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking large-volume meals, ensuring quality, flavor, presentation, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. They plan and execute kitchen activities, following pre-established menus and technical guidelines. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare large-scale meals according to menus and technical specifications; * Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of foods; * Operate industrial kitchen equipment, such as kettles, ovens, and griddles; * Control cooking point, seasoning, portioning, and food presentation; * Assist in receiving, checking, and storing supplies; * Monitor food expiration dates, storage conditions, and proper usage; * Comply with hygiene, food handling, and food safety regulations; * Organize and clean the work environment and utensils; * Support waste control and adherence to quality standards; * Work in accordance with internal procedures and sanitary regulations. ### **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial kitchens or collective food service; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Experience preparing large-volume meals; * Organization, agility, and teamwork skills.
