Join the Salon Line Team!!! **About the opportunity:** We are seeking a Cost Manager with strong analytical capabilities and strategic vision, responsible for structuring, managing, and evolving the company's cost processes to support business decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage the cost area, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information Structure and enhance the company's costing model Support pricing activities (raw materials, packaging, and fixed production costs) Build and analyze industrial costs (including GGF) Conduct product-level profitability studies Control and monitor fixed and variable costs, defining allocation criteria Monitor inventories and stock control Analyze cost variances and identify root causes Prepare managerial reports and presentations for senior leadership Support strategic decision-making based on financial data Lead process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives Implement and configure costing models (e.g., average cost) in the ERP **Challenges** Implement and consolidate the costing model (including average cost in the ERP) Structure profitability and margin analyses Ensure control and visibility of industrial costs Support strategic decisions with data-driven insights Enhance processes with a focus on efficiency and automation **You'll delight us if you have:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Cost Management, Supply Chain, or related areas Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI Experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP Solid experience in cost accounting and industrial costing Hands-on experience in pricing formulation and profitability analysis Experience in team management Strong skills in critical cost and performance analysis, managerial reporting and dashboard development, root cause identification, and improvement proposal formulation **We offer to have you on board:** Meal allowance Transportation allowance Cost-of-living allowance Pharmacy benefit plan Amil Health Insurance with co-payment Life insurance.
