Join the Salon Line Team!!! **About the opportunity:** We are seeking a Cost Coordinator with strong expertise in industrial costing, accounting close processes, and performance analysis, responsible for ensuring data accuracy and supporting the company’s strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate cost department routines, ensuring information quality and reliability Manage and develop the cost team Support pricing activities (raw materials, packaging, and fixed costs) Structure and monitor industrial costs (direct, indirect, and GGF) Conduct product-level profitability analysis Control CAPEX and OPEX Monitor inventories and stock control Analyze cost variances and identify root causes Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings Prepare management reports and presentations for executive leadership Support internal and external audits Lead process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives Support implementation and enhancement of costing systems (e.g., average costing in ERP). **Challenges** Structure and evolve the costing model Ensure cost control and visibility over industrial costs Implement and refine costing processes within the ERP Support data-driven strategic decision-making Improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. **You’ll delight us if you have:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Cost Management, Supply Chain, or related fields Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI Solid experience in cost accounting and industrial costing Knowledge of industrial costing (raw materials, production, GGF), pricing, and margin analysis Experience leading teams. **We offer to welcome you aboard:** Meal allowance Transportation allowance Cost-of-living allowance Pharmacy benefit plan Amil Health Insurance with co-payment Life insurance.
