Human-centered service profile with focus on delivering excellent service. 3. 12x36 shift schedule (day or night). ### **We seek a Hospital Pantry Assistant** to work at a medium-sized private hospital, providing essential support to patient care through meal preparation, organization, and distribution in compliance with food safety protocols and hospital regulations. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Prepare, portion, and distribute meals for patients, companions, and staff according to prescribed diets. * Verify and strictly follow diets provided by the nutrition team. * Sanitize utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas per sanitary regulations. * Organize and restock supplies at nursing stations and pantries. * Monitor and control food temperatures and ensure appropriate storage conditions. * Serve patients and staff courteously while maintaining professional conduct. * Assist with general pantry tasks and report irregularities to the Nutrition Department. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred). * **Prior experience as a hospital pantry assistant** or in pantry services within healthcare settings (an important advantage). * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. * Familiarity with hospital diets (an advantage). **Desired Profile** ------------------- * Organization, agility, and attention to detail. * Ethical conduct and responsibility in performing routine duties. * Strong communication skills and a **human-centered service profile**, focused on delivering excellent service and interacting effectively with diverse individuals. * Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to rules and protocols. * Flexibility and willingness to work in a hospital environment. **Schedule** ----------- * **12x36 shift schedule** (day or night).
