




ACTIVITIES: • Prepare meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages — and deliver them to patient rooms according to dietitians’ prescriptions; • Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and porridge according to prescribed dietary requirements; • Arrange and label trays, ensuring quality and organization; • Request additional meal orders from patients’ companions; • Collect used trays and utensils after meals; • Assist in washing and drying trays; • Use cleaning supplies correctly to avoid waste, and properly wear personal protective equipment (PPE); • Maintain daily organization and cleanliness of the department, including floor, carts, shelves, windows, ceiling, and garbage disposal; perform general cleaning once per week; • Comply with hospital regulations, procedures, safety practices, accident prevention, and environmental risk control; • Assist in training new department staff; • Perform other duties as required by hospital needs.
