Emphasis on hospitality and courteous service We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a **hospitality** profile to manage the consumer experience in a corporate environment. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Planning and execution of **daily coffees and corporate events** * Development of **menus according to client profile and budget** * Demand forecasting and **order and supply control** * Inventory management, **product shelf-life monitoring, and quality control** * Ensuring **visual standards, organization, and presentation of coffee areas** * Coordination with **store, procurement, and operations departments** * Supporting **team training on best practices and hospitality** * Monitoring **user and internal customer experience** ### **Technical Requirements** * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices for Food (GMP)** * Understanding of **food safety and hygiene** (proper handwashing, use of PPEs, prevention of cross-contamination) * Control of **food temperature, preservation, and storage** * Inventory organization with **shelf-life control and rotation (FIFO)** * Techniques for **cleaning utensils, equipment, and areas** * Experience operating **coffee machines, microwaves, kettles, blenders, and dishwashers** * Preparation of **coffee, tea, juices, and quick snacks** * Basic understanding of **inventory control, delivery verification, and supply organization** * Basic knowledge of **food allergens** ### **Behavioral Profile** * **Hospitality and courteous service** * **Discretion and professional demeanor**, especially in corporate environments * **Organization and time management** * **Proactivity and attention to detail** * Ability to **anticipate needs and maintain a consistently organized environment** ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Completion of a **Good Manufacturing Practices for Food course** * **Food Handler Certification** * Knowledge of **sanitary regulations and operational records** * Experience with **corporate events or coffee services** We seek someone who values **quality, organization, and service excellence**, contributing to delivering a **pleasant and welcoming experience to space users**.
