Follow recipes and the restaurant's quality standards. Organize and sanitize the workplace. Monitor preparation timing and doneness of dishes. Sort and prepare ingredients before use. Check food quality and expiration dates. Assist in proper storage of supplies. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
