**Law firm in São José do Rio Preto/SP is hiring:** FULL LEGAL CONTROLLER **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Remuneration:** Between BRL 4,000.00 and BRL 4,500.00 (depending on experience) **Work Format:** On-site **Working Hours:** Business hours, Monday through Friday **Residency Requirement:** São José do Rio Preto/SP Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Proven experience in Legal Controller roles, especially in activity workflows and legal systems within law firms Practical knowledge of deadline management, legal proceedings, and official publications Familiarity with electronic case filing systems; experience with Astrea is considered a plus Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel. Proactive, solution-oriented, autonomous, responsible, multitasking, and organized profile Availability to start immediately **Responsibilities:** Reviewing official publications; scheduling deadlines, appointments, and tasks; issuing payment slips; filing petitions; monitoring and managing procedural deadlines; preparing internal and external reports; tracking cases; analyzing data; designing and maintaining process workflows; supporting the legal team and performing other duties pertinent to the role. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree
