Perform accounting entries and reconciliations (banks, suppliers, customers, taxes, assets, etc.). Ensure operations comply with accounting and tax regulations (BRGAAP/IFRS). Support fulfillment of ancillary obligations. Audit and Internal Process Support. Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring timely access to documents and information. Review and enhance internal controls to optimize accounting and financial processes. Automation and Process Improvement. Support implementation of systems and tools to optimize accounting execution. Suggest improvements for greater efficiency in the controller function and information flow. Help integrate operational and financial systems to reflect real-time data. Financial and Accounting Intelligence. Collaborate closely with operational areas (Sales, Customer Support, Operations). Suggest improvements to the accounting structure to better reflect business performance. #### **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:** Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Prior experience in controller roles. Knowledge of SAP. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of AI tools (Claude and N8N).
