Experience in administrative, financial/accounting routines Operationalization and Analysis of Financial and Managerial Data in the Controller’s Office **Responsibilities and Duties** Preparing spreadsheets to support work and analyses conducted by the Controller’s Office; Accounting classifications according to cost centers and chart of accounts; Monitoring consumption accounts; Developing, verifying, and analyzing accommodation and travel expense reports; Calculating internal campaigns; Gathering information and reconciling data; Assisting in the managerial closing process; Conducting ad-hoc data gathering and preparing reports upon request from various company departments. **Additional Information** Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Experience in administrative, financial/accounting routines. Direct experience working in the controller’s office is a plus.
