




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and report generation, real-time monitoring of KPIs, dialer maintenance, and mailing list processing to support managers. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and report generation to support managers 2. Real-time monitoring and identification of operational deviations 3. Maintenance of dialers and mailing list processing Monitor and generate reports to provide decision-support materials for managers; Perform real-time monitoring to identify deviations in operational KPIs; Maintain dialer configurations and monitor operator productivity; Process mailings / generate mailing lists; Track performance results, produce daily reports, hourly reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports. Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off.
