To sustain our growth consistently and securely, we seek a **Contract Analyst** who will serve as the guardian of our agreements, ensuring balance between commercial strategy and compliance. If you possess an analytical mindset, experience managing the full contractual lifecycle—from drafting through post-sales—and wish to work in a dynamic environment where organization, precision, and innovation go hand in hand, this opportunity may be for you. **Responsibilities:** * Draft and review contracts (service provision, suppliers, leasing, NDAs, partnerships, etc.) * Monitor deadlines, validity periods, and contract renewals * Manage signature workflows and physical/digital archiving * Support contractual negotiations with analytical and risk-oriented insight * Serve as a liaison among Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Operations departments **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields * Ability to read and interpret contracts * Advanced Office suite proficiency (Excel and Word) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and document control capability * Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and customer focus * Collaborative and proactive mindset **Desirable Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of civil and corporate legislation * Familiarity with contractual clauses and legal terminology * Experience with compliance and governance * Administrative or legal experience * Hands-on experience managing contracts or legal documents * Support experience in procurement, legal, or finance processes **Why Join TTMS?** At TTMS, we transform tax complexity into intelligent and accessible solutions.
