Job Summary: A professional to supervise and monitor construction works and services on site, ensuring execution in accordance with schedules and quality standards, supporting operational demands, and reporting activity progress. Support in resolving operational demands on site **Responsibilities** * Supervise the execution of construction works and services on site; * Monitor teams, suppliers, and activity progress; * Conduct field measurements and technical surveys; * Document construction progress through reports and photographic records; * Ensure adherence to schedules and service quality; * Support material usage control on site; * Verify compliance of executed activities; * Support resolution of operational demands on site; * Report activity progress to responsible managers. **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Construction; * Active registration with CFT; * Experience in field supervision and monitoring of construction works; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Knowledge of field measurements and team supervision; * Knowledge of technical surveying; * Ability to prepare technical reports and photographic records; * Knowledge of civil construction execution and maintenance; * Driver's license categories A and B; * Own vehicle; * Availability for travel and technical visits. **Desirable Qualifications** * Knowledge of occupational safety and site routines; * Experience in civil construction, maintenance, and field operational monitoring; * Experience supervising outsourced teams and suppliers; * Knowledge of quality control and service monitoring.
