




Responsible for developing and interpreting building projects, performing measurements and site surveys on construction sites, supervising and coordinating work teams, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, preparing budgets and construction schedules, and conducting quality inspections and audits. This professional must hold a technical qualification in building construction or a related field, possess a valid registration with the CRT (Regional Council of Technical Professionals), and have proficiency in technical drawing software. Additionally, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and effective problem-solving capabilities are required. **Requirements:** A professional with a technical qualification in building construction, civil construction, civil works, or civil engineering; valid CRT registration; and documented professional experience. Must have completed basic NR 10 training (minimum 40 hours), NR 33 initial training (minimum 16 hours) and periodic refresher training (8 hours, if applicable), and NR 35 training (minimum 8 hours).
