Prepares technical documentation and control reports Construction Supervisor Position Description The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring construction execution, ensuring quality, workflow, material and supply logistics. The professional will prepare technical documentation and control reports, manage the schedule, and supervise assembly teams in accordance with established budgets. Responsibilities * Monitor adherence to deadlines and budgets; * Prepare progress reports; * Maintain safety at construction sites; * Participate in kickoff meetings with project coordination; * Organize and supervise third-party teams and equipment across various work fronts; * Verify compliance of service areas released by contractors; * Ensure quality of assembly services performed and oversee use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs) together with the Safety Technician; * Review daily progress reports; * Prepare daily activity, production, and incident reports for the Contract Coordinator. * Direct, guide, and supervise tasks performed by foremen under their supervision; * Approve measurement reports for completed services and ensure third-party costs align with the budget. Requirements * Prior experience in the role (metal structures construction) * Knowledge of project management * Team leadership skills * Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields * Availability for travel and on-site work * Knowledge of Lean Construction * Working at heights and exposure
