It is essential to understand the specific characteristics of this type of construction, such as hygiene regulations, restricted access zones, and special environmental precautions. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment to work sites; * Assist masons, carpenters, and other professionals in carrying out tasks; * Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the construction site, adhering strictly to rigorous hygiene and safety standards; * Prepare mortar, concrete, and mixtures as instructed; * Support demolition, excavation, and loading/unloading of materials; * Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and conduct standards specific to hospital construction sites; * Carry out other operational support tasks as directed by the site supervisor or engineer. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Proven experience in hospital or healthcare construction projects** (clinics, laboratories, hospitals); * Knowledge of the specific requirements of this type of construction (dust control, noise management, restricted access, hygiene); * Willingness to perform physical tasks; * Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to rules; * Incomplete or completed elementary education; * Availability for on-site work in Niterói and surrounding areas. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in renovations or expansions of hospital facilities; * Residence near the construction site.
