Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in high-standard vertical residential construction projects;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
* Knowledge and practical experience with Occupational Safety regulations.
* Responsible for service execution, pursuing daily improvements and emerging trends.
* Review of construction drawings and development of schedules to ensure timely delivery.
* Daily on-site supervision of construction activities to ensure adherence to planning.
* Evaluation and control of resources and materials required for the project.
* Supervision of project targets, including the 5S program, costs, quality, deadlines, safety, inventory, and standardization.
* Management of the workforce, including recruitment, training, and performance feedback.
* Conducting technological tests and data analysis to support decision-making.
* Control and measurement of completed work for project billing.
* Preparation of reports and submission to the Engineering Department.
* Establishment of good relationships with neighbors near construction sites.
* Daily inspection of Quality and Production Control (QPCs).
* Responsibility for supplier measurements and monthly invoice approvals.
* Execution of checklists for units to be delivered, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Administration of personnel-related processes.
* Follow-up on release requests from utility providers and public agencies.
* Development and revision of technical standards for continuous improvement.
* Monitoring of customized unit construction to ensure delivery as planned.
* Responsibility for measurements of partners and financial institutions for disbursement releases.
