Job Summary:
Responsible for checking, inspecting, and recording goods; organizing inventory; conducting stock audits; and preparing orders—possibly leading teams and planning loads.

**Checking:** Verifying goods (quantity, quality, type) against fiscal documents.
**Inspection:** Identifying damage or defects in products.
**Recording:** Entering data into inventory management systems and completing reports.
**Organization:** Classifying, labeling (barcodes/QR codes), and properly storing goods.
**Inventory Control:** Conducting periodic stock audits and counts.
**Order Preparation:** Picking and assembling loads for dispatch.
**Leadership:** In some cases, leading loading and unloading teams.
**Planning:** Developing load plans to optimize space and safety.
**Requirements:**
**Education:** Completed high school.
**Basic Skills:** Proficiency in mathematics (basic calculations), reading and writing for accurate recordkeeping.
**Personal Competencies:** Organization, attention to detail, meticulousness, responsibility, proactivity, strong communication, and ability to work under pressure.
**Computer Literacy:** Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS, ERP), spreadsheets, and radio-frequency scanners.
**Preferred Qualifications (Courses and Experience):**
**Courses:** Logistics, inventory control, cargo checking, and container inspection.
**Experience:** In logistics, warehousing, stores, or dispatch departments.
**Certifications:** In warehouse management or inventory management systems.
