Focus on organization, communication, and people development Concierge (Junior and Mid-level) \| Customer Success \| Digital Market We are in a growth phase and seeking a **Concierge to join our Customer Success team**, providing direct support to mentorships and closely monitoring students’ learning journeys within our ecosystem. Our work operates within the **digital market and education sectors**, supporting mentors and entrepreneurs in developing their businesses. About the Role The Concierge is responsible for closely monitoring students’ experiences during mentorships, ensuring all receive correct guidance, are placed in appropriate groups, and obtain prompt support when needed. A significant portion of the work involves **group management and WhatsApp-based communication**, as well as tracking activities and requirements within mentorships. Responsibilities * Monitor student groups during mentorships * Monitor messages and requests in WhatsApp groups * Redirect students to appropriate groups when necessary * Ensure mentorship guidelines and procedures are followed * Organize information and track students’ activities * Support the Customer Success team in community management We seek candidates who possess Organization and attention to detail Strong written communication skills Proficiency in using WhatsApp and managing groups A responsible and committed attitude Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks Preferred Qualifications * Experience in customer service * Experience managing online communities or groups * Experience in the **digital market or online education** If you enjoy organization, communication, and supporting people’s development within communities and mentorships, we’d love to meet you.
