Improve service metrics and increase commercial performance The Commercial Services Supervisor at Novalar is tasked with supervising, developing, and strengthening the marketing of services offered by Novalar, directly engaging in the training and qualification of sales teams across network stores to ensure proper understanding of bundled products, improvement of service metrics, and enhanced commercial performance. The Services Supervisor aims to ensure the development, standardization, and growth of Novalar's service sales through continuous training, field follow-up, and support to store commercial teams. Act as a knowledge multiplier, reinforcing seller qualification, improving performance metrics, and ensuring greater adoption, profitability, and excellence in service offerings to customers. * Visit all network stores periodically to monitor service performance. * Train salespeople, managers, and leaders on company-offered services, ensuring technical proficiency and confidence in sales presentations. * Act as a knowledge multiplier, disseminating service-focused techniques for approach, negotiation, and closing. * Monitor service sales metrics, such as adoption, conversion, penetration, and revenue. * Identify difficulties, objections, and bottlenecks impacting service sales in stores. * Develop action plans to improve results and increase the share of services in revenue. * Ensure standardization of service offering, contracting, and after-sales processes.
