




Job Summary: Commercial Expansion Consultant to identify, prospect, and manage the commercial cycle of new clients and franchises in the corporate, hospitality, and healthcare segments. Monitor implementations and ensure an excellent customer experience. **About the Role:** Commercial Expansion Consultant for the following segments: Corporate (coffee machines, multi-beverage machines, and snack machines); Hospitality and Healthcare (hotels, restaurants, clinics, and hospitals); Franchise expansion for Pilão Professional. **Responsibilities** * Conduct individual and group meetings with potential clients and franchise candidates * Actively prospect and qualify leads across corporate, hospitality/healthcare, and franchise channels * Present Pilão Professional solutions and franchise models * Negotiate, structure proposals, and manage the entire commercial cycle * Analyze feasibility, KPIs, and portfolio management * Monitor implementations, ensuring an impeccable experience for new clients * Use CRM RD Station. **Requirements:** * Experience in expansion (Corporate / Hospitality / Franchise) * Proficiency in RD Station and affinity with technology and performance indicator management * Strong communication, negotiation, and business meeting facilitation skills * Willingness to travel and own vehicle.
