Monitor conditions of operational areas and critical infrastructure. Supervise activities related to the apron, terminal, and movement area. Track operational indicators and incidents. Manage shift schedules and inter-shift alignment. Act as the interface with airlines and public agencies. Manage operational risks and propose improvements. Conduct internal training and capacity-building sessions. Comply with Operational Safety regulations. Immediately report any safety incidents to the CCO Coordinator, preparing comprehensive and objective reports. Consolidate daily Operations, AVSEC, and Safety activity reports, providing relevant information to the immediate supervisor for analysis. Collaborate with the AVSEC and Safety team during audits, inspections, and responses to ANAC processes.
