The primary objective is to transform metal sheets into precise components, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and maintaining Dunamis Metal’s quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operation and Setup: Prepare and operate CNC press brakes (tooling, punch, and die configuration). * Technical Reading: Interpret mechanical technical drawings, identifying angles, radii, and tolerances. * Programming: Adjust machine programs to optimize the bending process. * Quality Control: Use measuring instruments (calipers, protractors, squares) to ensure final parts match the drawings exactly. * Preventive Maintenance: Perform basic equipment cleaning, preservation, and area organization (5S). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience: Minimum of 2 years operating CNC press brakes (e.g., Amada, Bystronic, Newton, Durma). * Education: Completed high school. A course in Mechanical Technical Drawing Interpretation and Metrology is mandatory. * Technical Skills: Knowledge of various materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum). Sheet development calculation (K-factor). * Behavioral Profile: Strong concentration, logical reasoning, and commitment to safety regulations (PPE).
