Complete Development of Machining Processes **Job Responsibilities:** Perform CNC lathe programming; respond to departmental requests; maintain workplace organization; use personal protective equipment; read and interpret technical drawings; monitor programmed parts and adjust programs and machining methods accordingly; machine parts per technical drawings and specifications; read and interpret engineering drawings and execute machining tasks; operate FANUC, SIEMENS, MACH9, and MAZATROL controls; prepare and operate machines; develop complete machining processes—including trigonometry, use of measuring instruments, and tolerance measurement; prepare reports; identify issues; and provide full support to the team. **Requirements:** To perform effectively as a CNC Programmer, the candidate must possess knowledge of technical drawings, ability to read and interpret drawings, familiarity with measuring instruments, and understanding of machining projects. Experience in CNC lathe and machining center programming and setup, and operation of CNC lathes and machining centers; training in metrology and reading/interpretation of mechanical drawings. Familiarity with SolidWorks and CNC programming software (FANUC, SIEMENS, MACH9, MAZATROL controls) is desirable; completion of a Technical Course in Machining is required.
