Management of materials, equipment, and personnel * **Leadership and Coordination:** Organizes work, assigns tasks, sets schedules, and guides staff in daily activities. * **Supervision and Inspection:** Inspects areas (restrooms, offices, courtyards), verifies cleaning quality, completes checklists, and identifies repair or maintenance needs. * **Management of Materials and Equipment:** Controls inventory, requests replenishment of supplies, and verifies maintenance and proper use of equipment and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * **Personnel Management:** Monitors attendance and punctuality, manages work schedules and staff reassignments, and trains staff on new techniques. * **Process Control:** Ensures adherence to cleaning routines (daily, weekly, terminal) and follows hygiene and safety regulations, such as those applicable in healthcare settings (SCIH).
