Dashboard development and metric monitoring REQUIREMENTS * Advanced Excel: dashboard creation, indicator (KPI) tracking, reporting, and managerial analysis. * Power BI: development of interactive dashboards and monitoring of operational and administrative metrics. People management, operational planning, and continuous process improvement * Allocation and supervision of services performed by the operational team, ensuring adherence to established routines and result quality. * Requesting, controlling, and monitoring materials and equipment required to execute activities. * Attendance tracking of employees, inventory management, and preparation of managerial reports. * Development and implementation of checklists for daily routine monitoring and team performance evaluation. * Planning and conducting training and refresher courses focused on technical and behavioral enhancement of the operational team. * Responsibility for administrative and operational routines under the contract, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and client requirements.
