Team leadership and staff training **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Cleaning Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise the cleaning team’s activities, ensuring organization, hygiene, and maintenance of premises in accordance with the company’s quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the cleaning team on a daily basis * Assign tasks and monitor service execution * Ensure adherence to cleaning schedules * Verify proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and PPE * Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments * Maintain organization, hygiene, and maintenance of premises * Train new staff and reinforce operational procedures * Report incidents and needs to management **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (minimum) * Prior experience in cleaning is desirable * Experience in team leadership will be an advantage in cleaning, logistics, materials control, dispatch, training, and related areas. * Basic computer skills * Valid Class B driver’s license Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Benefits: * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
