




Perform cleaning and maintenance services on surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture, utensils, and machines—externally and while de-energized), enclosed areas, and courtyards. Collect and segregate waste, dilute cleaning products, and carry out all tasks using standard tools and operational procedures provided. 1. Sort cleaning equipment, products, and materials; 2. Assess the type of surface to be cleaned, degree of soiling, and type of dirt; 3. Clean furniture and utensils, curtains, and blinds; 4. Maintain machines under one’s responsibility in good working condition for service execution; 5. Remove dirt, wash, sweep, wax, mop, dry surfaces, and vacuum dust from floors, walls, and ceilings in both indoor and outdoor areas; 6. Restock disposable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, cups, soaps, and sanitizing solutions; 7. Clean glass and mirrors; 8. Collect, package, and segregate waste according to its generating group; 9. Collect soiled linens and perform bed-making; 10. Dilute cleaning products; 11. Use diluted cleaning products via dispensers; 12. Perform simple handling of small furniture items; 13. Monitor consumption of cleaning materials and request replenishment from the warehouse whenever necessary; 14. Check equipment conditions according to the client’s and/or Sodexo’s checklist prior to any activity and report any nonconformities to the immediate supervisor; 15. Properly use manual tools and equipment, as well as mechanized, electric, or combustion-powered equipment, in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures and applicable safety regulations; 16. Carry out tasks in accordance with established work plans and technical instructions; 17. Organize the workplace, materials, and tools after task completion and at the end of the workday; 18. Report any irregularities found in the facilities of the work area to the immediate supervisor; 19. Perform related tasks; 20. Participate in the Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS) together with the operations team and safety technicians; 21. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** Experience in the role.
