




**Description of the professional's responsibilities:** - Supervise cleaning activities and maintain the premises. - Plan routines, ensure quality, safety, and hygiene. - Serve as the liaison between the team and management. - Conduct recruitment and selection, interviews, and provide labor support. - Distribute PPE and align procedures with Occupational Safety. - Train the team and organize work schedules. - Conduct periodic inspections and identify improvements. - Manage materials and request purchases when necessary. - Coordinate activities with other departments and maintain good relationships with the team. **Requirements:** - Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration; - Solid experience in building maintenance and supervision of cleaning teams. - Knowledge of safety regulations, hygiene standards, and labor legislation. - Proficiency in Word and Excel.
