If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you are looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning of suites, bathrooms, utensils, corridors, and kitchen; Changing linens and verifying consumption; Delivering menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; Availability to rotate between morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Fixed Salary:\* R$ 1916.00 \*Meal Allowance:\* R$ 250.00, increasing to R$ 350.00 after the probationary period \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:\* Employees residing in Guapiaçu: R$ 150 (12/36\) and R$ 250 (44h). Employees residing in Rio Preto: R$ 180 (12/36\) and R$ 300 (44h). * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year. Performance Target Program: Performance-based bonuses every six months. \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on / 1 day off (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; working hours to be coordinated with the manager. \*Shift Hours:\* Rotating shift — availability required to alternate between morning/afternoon and night shifts. \*Work Location:\* Drops Motel Rio Preto, Rod.
