Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining common areas, including internal, external, leisure, and staff facilities of the condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and organizing internal and external areas of the condominium 2. Maintaining hygiene in leisure areas and staff facilities 3. Teamwork in general cleaning and window washing The employee will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the condominium’s common areas, including: Internal Areas **Perform general and preventive cleaning of the entrance lobby.** **Clean 11 building blocks with staircases.** **Clean kiosks as needed.** External Areas **Wash the condominium’s external entrance and sidewalks.** **Sanitize handrails and pedestrian access points.** **Wash sidewalks surrounding the building blocks;** Leisure Areas **Clean common leisure areas (kiosks, tables, sinks, and chairs).** Staff Facilities **Clean internal support areas used by employees: kitchen, men’s/women’s restrooms, and laundry room.** Team Activities **Periodic washing of internal and external windows (kiosks, entrance lobby, and building blocks).** **Support general washings according to weekly or monthly schedule.** **São José dos Pinhais / Santo Antonio Neighborhood** *\*Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM*\* *\*Salary: BRL 1,900.00 \+ Meal Allowance (BRL 900.00) \+ Transportation Allowance*\* ***Join our team!*** Compensation: BRL 1,518.00 \- BRL 2,745.50 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
