Our goal is to keep environments **clean, organized, and pleasant**, ensuring **comfort and well-being for residents and clients**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and conservation of common areas in the condominium; * Keep environments organized and hygienic; * Contribute to the conservation and maintenance of spaces. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is considered a plus; * Must be responsible, organized, and committed to assigned tasks. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of **R$ 24.80 per working day**; * Food allowance (**basic food basket**) of **R$ 174.10**; * **Attendance bonus** of **R$ 300.00**; * **Hazard pay (unhealthy work conditions) at 20%**. **Work Schedule:** * Rotating schedule of **6 days on, 1 day off**; * **44 hours per week**.
