We are looking for a Cleaning and Maintenance Agent to join our team at VERZANI \& SANDRINI. This is an essential role to ensure that our spaces remain clean, safe, and pleasant for all who use them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that our environments are always well-organized. You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting common areas, including restrooms, hallways, and meeting rooms. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, and ensuring that all spaces are free from dirt and clutter. Additionally, you will properly dispose of waste, ensure that trash bins are always full and clean, and maintain workspaces organized and presentable. Professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required if you possess strong accountability and attention to detail.
