* **Planning and execution:** Studies the project and defines the steps for each construction phase to ensure the building is realized as planned. * **Management:** Controls the schedule, costs, and quality, supervising compliance with the project specifications. * **Team management:** Defines and administers the team, determining the number of staff required for each phase and delegating responsibilities. * **Materials management:** Quantifies, procures, and manages construction materials, seeking maximum efficiency and avoiding waste. * **Safety:** Ensures all occupational safety regulations are followed to protect all workers on the construction site. * **Quality control:** Ensures construction work meets established quality standards by inspecting installations and services. * **Communication:** Participates in meetings with clients and teams to discuss the project and provides progress reports on the construction.
