Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for planning and supervising building maintenance and adaptation tasks, overseeing service providers, and ensuring operational efficiency. Service oversight and safety assurance Planning and supervision of maintenance and adaptation demands for internal and external building areas, supporting the oversight of contracted service providers; * Assist in preparing budgets, basic project documents or terms of reference, and the annual maintenance investment plan, collecting data and completing electronic spreadsheets to ensure efficient financial resource management within the department; * Prepare annexes, justifications, and conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for construction contracts; * Develop, maintain up-to-date, and supervise inspection and maintenance plans for various building systems, utilizing technical literature, specialized software, and engineering expertise to ensure satisfactory operational availability indices and meet production department requirements; * Schedule and jointly oversee preventive, corrective, and adaptation maintenance activities with production departments, collecting data and conducting meetings to ensure uninterrupted operations; * Draft manuals and maintenance plans; * Issue work orders and requisition materials, parts, and supplies using the designated computerized system, aiming to prevent and repair equipment defects, supply raw materials and necessary inputs to sustain continuous operations; * Participate in the oversight of preventive, corrective, and adaptation maintenance activities, providing technical guidance to personnel to prevent, identify, and/or resolve operational issues; * Participate in the execution and implementation of new building projects and technologies by supplying technical maintenance and engineering information to improve service delivery; * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, conduct Safety Meetings, perform VFL audits (Visible and Perceived Leadership and Commitment, and VC), enforce the use of PPEs, aiming for the “Zero Accident” goal and ensuring the safety of people, vehicles, and company equipment. Qualifications: \- Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate level; \- Asset Management; \- MS Project, Integrated Management Systems (Máximo, SISMAN, Manusis, etc.); \- AutoCAD (desirable); \- Shutdown Management (preparing service contract scopes, developing schedules, scheduling and facilitating participatory meetings); \- People Management.
