Organize and enhance cash and working capital management to ensure liquidity and efficient use of resources. Implement financial governance and establish performance indicators to support data-driven decisions. Lead restructuring initiatives and efficiency improvements, identifying opportunities for operational gains. Manage fundraising activities and relationships with financial institutions and investors as needed. Support strategic decision-making alongside the CEO and other departments, participating in defining business direction. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability. Prepare financial forecasts and long-term financial planning. Bachelor's degree required.
