Job Summary: Professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of CCTV, intercom, and video communication systems, providing technical support and preparing reports. Planning, organization, and analysis for project implementation **Description:** Completed high school education; Basic computer skills; 6 months of experience in telecommunications (Levels II and III); Knowledge of transmission technologies and access media, physical infrastructure of Transmission Networks, and logical infrastructure of Transmission Networks; NR 10 and NR 35 regulations; Geographic knowledge of the region; Driver's license category B and defensive driving training. Preferred qualifications: IP CCTV course, HCSA and HCSP certifications; Willingness to travel. Embody the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; Perform other duties related to the position as needed by the department and leadership direction; Conduct vehicle inspection before starting activities; Report need for vehicle maintenance, including monitoring maintenance execution and vehicle washing if necessary; Perform JSA (Job Safety Analysis); Review Work Orders via email; Close Work Orders using spreadsheets; Plan and organize work in compliance with established technical, quality, safety, and environmental preservation standards; Install security cameras on mounts; Verify and collect materials from the worksite; Manage material usage in the inventory system; Provide technical support to system users; Prepare technical reports and assessments; Maintain, install, and configure voice intercom systems; Maintain, install, and configure CCTV systems; Configure, maintain, and install video communication equipment (CCTV and VCON) in VMS software or matrix systems; Install cameras on poles (Level II); Provide feedback to Level I personnel (Level II); Handle service requests (Level II); Implement small-scale projects as needed (Level II); Configure cameras: speed domes (pan-tilt-zoom cameras with 360° rotation); LPRs (license plate recognition cameras); facial recognition cameras; thermal cameras (cameras measuring ambient or body temperature); software (management systems) (Level II); Manage call queue assigned to this role (Level II); Manage assets (registration and deregistration of items relevant to performed activities in client’s software) (Level II); Provide technical support to other field teams (Level II); Design network distribution (Level II); Make complex decisions regarding service execution without managerial guidance (Level II); Analyze and inspect sites for project development (Level II); Support leadership in activity planning (Level II). 2512200202551929030
