




Description: * Daily and constant service to healthcare customers; * Good communication; * Greet customers and all people encountered in the workplace; * Confirm the customer's correct name and identification (wristband); * Perform reception duties as requested by the reception supervisor; * Inform the healthcare customer of the location for their service and nursing assistance if necessary; * Forward post-consultation customer service forms (FAA) to the nursing station; * Upon customer departure, verify and prevent the removal of documents exclusive to the Hospital; * Say goodbye to the customer, wishing them a good recovery; * Keep the patient informed about the flow of their service; * Report any irregularities to the Reception Supervisor; * Follow internal hospital instructions and procedures; * Collect forgotten items in the lobby and deliver them to the Concierge or Reception Service; * Fulfill work schedule according to the shift roster; schedule changes only with prior authorization.
