We are seeking a **Store Coordinator** with experience managing cafés and/or restaurants. Responsibilities include cash handling (opening and closing the register), people management and shift scheduling, and delivery operations management. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily restaurant operations in both dining area and kitchen * Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction * Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints * Organize and supervise shifts * Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity * Forecast future requirements for products, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Manage and uphold the restaurant’s positive image, suggesting ways to improve it * Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste * Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and expense reports * Train new and existing staff on proper customer service practices **Requirements** * Proven professional experience as Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Coordinator, etc. * Proven experience in customer service leadership roles * Extensive knowledge of food and beverage (F&B) * Familiarity with restaurant management software * Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills * Strong financial management skills * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; Hotel Management or Culinary School education is a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Tips (tip box) **Job Information** * CLT Permanent Employment Contract * Work Location — Vila Mariana/SP * Shift Schedule: 12x36 * Working hours — To be agreed upon Job Type: Full-time Pay: R$2,470.00 — R$3,270.00 per month Experience: * Restaurant Manager (Required) Location: * São Paulo, SP (Required) Work Location: In person
