### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Perform maintenance services for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry systems, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Maintain glass surfaces and building façades, clean premises and accessories, and manage swimming pools.
