Job Summary: Responsible for managing and maintaining the tire fleet, including daily logging, system updates, tire replacements, inventory control, and retreading—ensuring availability and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Practical experience with tire repair shops and tools. 2. Performing heavy-duty tasks with a focus on vehicle safety. 3. Complete control and maintenance of tires across various fleets. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Record daily activities performed during the shift. Update tire replacements and their corresponding axles in the system to keep the entire fleet up to date. Replace tires on trucks, sugarcane trucks, tractors, cars, and all other fleet vehicles according to current demand and operational needs. Manage tire inventory and retreading operations, always maintaining sufficient stock to address unforeseen events. Request purchases of specific tires based on current demand and operational needs. Conduct preventive inspections of all fleet tires (off-season period). Perform tire retreading and ensure the retreaded tire inventory remains current. Calibrate all equipment tires as required by demand. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Practical experience or training as an assistant. Availability to perform heavy-duty tasks. Proficiency in using tire shop tools (jack, air compressor, tire changer).
