




Job Summary: Perform assembly, disassembly, inflation, and balancing of truck tires; inspect for wear, execute repairs, perform tire rotation and basic alignment, manage inventory, and maintain equipment and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of heavy vehicle tires 2. Responsibility for tire inspection, repair, and inventory control 3. Ensuring safety and organization in the workplace * Assemble, disassemble, inflate, and balance truck and trailer tires. * Conduct visual and technical inspections to identify irregular wear, cuts, bulges, and other damage. * Perform repairs and vulcanization, where applicable, in accordance with safety and quality standards. * Carry out tire rotation and basic alignment according to schedule and technical guidance. * Control and record tire inventory, retreads, and disposals, ensuring traceability. * Maintain tire shop equipment and tools, keeping the workplace organized and clean. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies, use of PPE, and internal procedures. * Support the maintenance team in tire inspections during fleet preventive maintenance checks. * Immediately report any anomalies or safety risks identified in tires or vehicles.
