The professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in meter reading, bill delivery, and commercial inspections, as well as all billing-related processes for the regional directorate, guaranteeing excellence in delivery while optimizing costs and timelines. With infrastructure prepared to support and encourage our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate operational and systemic activities related to meter reading and bill issuance. * Ensure correct bill generation according to commercial, tariff, and regulatory rules, including notifications and specific tariffs. * Manage the team responsible for operational meter reading processes. * Monitor proper execution of the billing schedule. * Address internal and external requests, handling pending lists, analyzing processes and bills, and verifying documentation to ensure compliance. * Provide customer service through multiple channels, handling requests requiring detailed analysis and subsequent actions. * Respond to customer complaints and inquiries. * Develop training materials and participate in audits of service and processes to ensure service quality and efficiency. * Provide continuous customer support, contributing to workflow optimization and improved user experience. * Support strategic customer service, ensuring personalized and efficient service. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Knowledge * Completed undergraduate degree. * Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, macros). * Proven experience in billing processes. * Solid knowledge of corporate utility billing systems. * Ability to handle high data volumes, critical deadlines, and regulated environments. * Knowledge of operational indicators, control dashboards, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). * National Driver’s License (CNH), minimum Category B Desirable Technical Knowledge * Experience in strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and financial impact simulations. * Knowledge of contract management, tariff reviews, and zero-based budgeting.
