AVAILABLE SCHEDULE **Main Responsibilities:** * Process billing for tire entries at Barão company * Process freight billing for Maqcience company * Issue service invoices and CTEs * Cancel service invoices on the city hall website when necessary; for DANFE, forward to the Tax Department to complete the process * Send printed invoices via postal mail * Coordinate with other units to clarify doubts and finalize collection reports * Update daily the inventory control spreadsheet (Reciclanip’s stock movements) * Strictly maintain up-to-date base records for wire billing at Reciclanip * Control wires for sales (track quantities and issue sales invoices) * Set up the credit sales process and conduct monthly reconciliation * Monitor IBAMA acceptances in coordination with the Environmental Affairs Officer * Prepare the monthly credit control spreadsheet and perform monthly reconciliation * Ensure no pending IBAMA acceptances remain * Provide support to reception/security as needed * Provide administrative support whenever required **Expected Outcomes:** * Accurately process all billing to avoid disruptions and legal implications * Expedite all billing and related information concerning Reciclanip to prevent financial planning issues * Keep the credit sales and IBAMA processes updated and reconciled * Maintain billing reports, controls, and information management always up to date Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BILLING?
